Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Ganesh Nagar Delhi  – India, by courier. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.

India Wide – 3 to 7 business days

Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 5 pm Monday – Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.

Adikala takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Adikala is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on
the day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.


We would request you send us parcel opening video proof without any cut and pause clear video details of the product that is short, different, and image of a product that is defective/damaged, while the product is still in its packaging. You can email and Whatsapp to our customer support .

If you are eligible for a replacement, you need to share unboxing video of parcel within 24 hours of delivery after receiving the parcel. If we are not notified within the given time period, i.e., 24 hours, no replacement or refund will be initiated.
